Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a squad of 5 to 10 bench sales recruiters to hit aggressive monthly closure goals.
- Drive strategic marketing plans for hard-to-place niche technology consultants.
- Manage critical escalations, vendor contract terms, and client rate negotiations.
- Monitor daily KPIs: job portal activities, email campaigns, vendor calls, submissions, and interview conversions.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic bench expansion, skill training, and recruitment process optimizations.
